1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 05bmw website located at 05bmw.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 05bmw Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the 05bmw Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain and update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 05bmw login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Never share your 05bmw login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;

05bmw reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, multiple accounts, or provision of false information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 05bmw account are subject to the following terms:

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on 05bmw is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 05bmw accepts GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.
• Withdrawal Verification: 05bmw reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. This may include submission of a government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• Withdrawal Processing: 05bmw targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated on the Platform; however, processing times may be affected by banking partner processing schedules, KYC requirements, or fraud review procedures.
• Source of Funds: You represent that all funds deposited to your 05bmw account are from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 05bmw complies with applicable anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse or chargeback a deposit via your payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any outstanding account balance may be withheld pending resolution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

05bmw may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as determined by 05bmw at its sole discretion;
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses have expiry periods; unused Bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, using Bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or participating in any scheme to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension;
• In cases of conflict between general Bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 05bmw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one 05bmw account;
• Accessing the Platform if you are a minor (under 21 years of age);
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to play games or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for profit — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 05bmw staff;
• Attempting to circumvent any security feature, access restriction, or verification process on the Platform;
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing 05bmw accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 05bmw Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 05bmw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 05bmw Platform without 05bmw's prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 05bmw provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• 05bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• 05bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from gambling activity;
• 05bmw's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 05bmw's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy may apply, details available on request);
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonuses and pending investigation holds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
